Oxygen bulletin board

Oxygen is an online powerful discussion board program. All posted messages are displayed on the forum with the name, topic, moderator type, total post along with the date of the last post. Visitors would be able to view all messages with a simple click interface. This flexible board enables even anonymous users to view the postings while all registered users have full rights to edit, delete and add their messages on the forums.
